Our goal is to provide evidence-based mental health treatments to consumers in Virginia. As a Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Agency, we serve adults who struggle with mental illnesses by providing community-based psychiatric services, psychotherapy and community support services.

Intensive Outpatient Programs
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) is a step down from PHP or it can be a direct step into care from the community as well as an added support to traditional outpatient services. It is designed to help individuals who are either experiencing an increase in distressing symptoms and behaviors or for those who are not progressing in traditional outpatient services. The comprehensive programming and added support foster meaningful improvement and creates a solid foundation before transitioning to community providers. Also offering Day Virtual/Telehealth and Evening Virtual Programs.
Mental Health Disorders Identied & Treated
We provide long-term recovery from substance abuse and addiction, dual diagnosis, and many other mental health disorders. We provide a supportive environment and partner with our clients and families to understand their specific issues and then design a customized treatment plan that meets their needs. Our goal is to help our clients achieve the self-awareness, self-reliance, and self-monitoring skills needed to live a more independent life after leaving treatment.
